Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms", "Terms of Service") carefully before using the Unbrella mobile application, Apple Watch app, widgets, complications, related website, and related services (collectively, the "Service") operated by Campanale LLC ("us", "we", or "our").

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

1. Use of the Service

Unbrella is a weather application for supported Apple platforms. The Service may include iPhone and Apple Watch experiences, widgets, complications, weather sharing tools, notifications, subscription features, and related support pages.

You do not need to create a separate Unbrella account to use the app. Some features depend on Apple platform capabilities such as location permissions, notifications, widgets, watch connectivity, and an App Store account for purchases.

2. Subscriptions

Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis ("Subscription(s)"). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis ("Billing Cycle"). Billing cycles may vary depending on the subscription plan you select when purchasing a Subscription.

Subscriptions are billed and managed by Apple through the App Store. The app also uses RevenueCat to load available offerings, restore purchases, and determine whether premium access is active for the current App Store account.

You may cancel your Subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings or Apple's subscription management tools made available on your device. We do not have access to your full billing information and cannot process refunds directly; refund requests must be directed to Apple.

Certain plans may include introductory pricing or free-trial periods when those offers are presented in the App Store at the time of purchase. Any such offer is controlled by Apple and the subscription terms shown to you during checkout.

3. Weather Data, Alerts, and Availability

Unbrella relies on third-party weather and platform services, including Apple WeatherKit, RainViewer, Open-Meteo, Apple location services, and the National Weather Service for certain alerts and data. Features may vary by device, operating system, country, region, subscription status, connectivity, or third-party service availability.

Weather data, radar, air-quality data, and government or platform alerts are provided for informational purposes only. Availability, timing, and accuracy may vary, and some alerts or background features may depend on permissions you choose to grant, including notifications or Always location for background severe weather checks.

4. Links To Other Web Sites and Services

Our Service may contain links to third-party web sites or services that are not owned or controlled by Campanale LLC.

Campanale LLC has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party web sites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that Campanale LLC shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such web sites or services.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Campanale LLC and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Campanale LLC, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage, and even if a remedy set forth herein is found to have failed of its essential purpose.

Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement or course of performance.

We do not warrant that the Service/weather data will be uninterrupted, secure, or available at any particular time or location; that widgets, Apple Watch features, notifications, radar, air-quality data, or alerts will always be available; or that any errors or defects will be corrected. Weather data is subject to change and may not always be perfectly accurate.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Tennessee, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
